Ana Sisnett, known as “Technomama” Sisnett pioneered free internet at Austin schools, libraries and city spaces. The mosaic was revealed at the Latinitas' annual Purple Party for Chica Power Block Party in June 2021.

An ambitious first in the East Austin Mosaic Workshop Legacy Series, this mosaic mural of Roosevelt “Grey Ghost” Williams was completed over 8 weeks as part of the inaugural Mosaic Workshop.

While visiting Austin just before the coronavirus shutdown, L.A. muralist Levi Ponce created three new pieces of public art for the city, one of which is a 12-foot-tall portrait of Austin native and 10-time Austin Music Award winner Gina Chavez.

One of eleven creative installations from the public art project titled “Hearts of the East Side.” Installations are spread throughout the East Cesar Chavez Business District.
